Facility listings are sourced from the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) NPI registry, a public federal database. This information is publicly available and not protected as personal data under HIPAA for directory purposes.

• Netlify — hosting and form processing (Privacy Policy)
• Google Analytics 4 — traffic analytics (Privacy Policy)
• Google Maps — directions links (no embed, outbound links only)

7. Data Retention

Form submissions stored in Netlify Forms are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. Google Analytics data is retained according to your GA4 account settings (default: 2 months).

You may request deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing hello@adultdaycarelocator.com . We will respond within 30 days.
